Honestly I was so excited about this. I found a coach in my area and they said that coach would contact me within 48 hours. I heard nothing so I reached out myself and that coach did not respond but instead the actual company responded and said he wasn’t available. I would have liked to know why and if it was scheduling because I could have been more flexible. I agreed to use another coach and then revived an email that there were not available coaches in my area. There were plenty listed online and it would have been nice to get an explanation. Oh well, I will take my business elsewhere. I also had 2 friends that also wanted to join so that is 3 customers lost.

Horrible. Can't talk to anyone. My instructor left town with 2 lessons remaining and now I cant get a refund for those two lessons. There is no one to talk to un the billing department. Just a call center in India. This website is fraudulent. Stay away.

I was excited about getting started with MyTennisLessons, but the experience quickly turned sour. After deciding on a potential coach, my partner and I reached out to book our first lesson. The coach texted me in less than an hour, which at first I thought was a good sign. I asked him if he was available on Saturday. He responded that he was, then went ahead and booked the lesson without me even confirming that the time worked for us. This left a bad taste in my mouth. After conferring with my partner, we decided to hold off on the lessons and look into other options. I texted the coach as much, asking him to please cancel the lesson for Saturday. He said he would. The next morning, I woke up to see I'd been charged the full amount for 6 hours, and that this Saturday's lesson was still scheduled. I tried texting the coach again, who has yet to answer me. I then tried calling the "Support" team for help. The automated voice told me that all their support team were "busy" and prompted me to leave a voicemail. This didn't sit well with me. I then chose another option on the dialer, "getting started," and my phone call was immediately answered. Funny how that works! I told the Sales Rep about my situation, and he told me that this is the wrong department for my inquiry. I asked him to transfer me to the relevant party, to which he replied that all refund/billing requests are handled by email. I said, "so then the option to speak to someone that I tried earlier is a fake option?" He simply instructed me again to send an email, and I told him I already had and wanted to speak to someone. After a couple more minutes of unhelpful back-and-forth, I told him that since they wouldn't be assisting me, I would just have to call my bank to cancel the several hundred dollar transaction. He said, "yeah, you can do that too." If MyTennisLessons' business model is to charge people upfront for a package that they might not even end up using, it only makes sense that they would have actual representatives to speak to in an actual billing department. Not just punt people off to write an email. Also, allowing potential customers to cancel lessons on our end in the event of unresponsive coaches. Very unhappy with this service.

I actually searched to find a place to review mytennislessons.com. Horrible experience. I started over a week before my trip and thought I had a pro. Then the day before my trip he cancelled. It took a few days for someone to get back to me. Finally once I was in Florida I got a text - don’t expect to ever speak to a human - stating another pro was available at a much higher rate. I can’t say with confidence it was not a bait and switch. That pro did contact me but had no availability because she had classes. I gave her 4 options and she said I needed to find someone else despite her profile stating she was available M-F 7-7. They did refund my money but then canceled. I had to find someone else with a few days left on my vacation. Stay away from mytennislessons.

Worst company I've ever worked with. They charge you up front and then never respond to support requests

Lousy service from these guys. Called them up and left two messages, but they won't return phone calls. Not sure if they cannot afford to or what, but why spend top dollar on tennis lessons with a company to cheap to call you back? Play Your Court and other sites return phone calls...who would think that is a hard thing to do? Anyways, who wants to pay top dollar on tennis lessons with a site to cheap to pay anything? Poor service with a business that is supposed to be all about service!

Hey Wayne, I'm very sorry you were unable to connect with someone over the phone. We respond fastest to our email address: [email protected]. I cannot find a "Wayne Davis" account in our system, so either you are writing a fake review, or you booked lessons under somebody else's name :-) Regardless, we'd be happy to answer any questions you have and get you in touch with a great coach.
