I ordered and received the kit quickly and even got results back a day sooner than they estimated! The results ratings and explanations were easy to understand and each line had information on what kind of water treatment system would take care of that particular item. Very helpful. I also reached out for some clarification and Robin was quick to respond and gave detailed explaination and comparisons to help understand the results and options going forward. Will be using them again in the future to monitor the quality of our water, especially after we put in a treatment system to make sure that system does what we need it to do.
