I was very alarmed and concerned when I got my results and needed them explained to me in more laymen’s terms. I was connected right away with Robin through the chat who broke everything down for me and answered every question that I had. I felt much better after I spoke with her and she was very reassuring. I would suggest that when someone gets their results that there is a summary (in simpler terms) and what intervention needs to be taken, if any. It can cause a lot of panic and anxiety and if you don’t know how to make heads or tails of your results and see a lot of alarming numbers / unfamiliar chemicals in your water. Overall, it was a good testing system and I would recommend it to others.

Helpful for testing my well water. Easy to use instructions and got my test results on time. Installed a new filter system to correct the issues identified and my results were much improved when I tested again a year later. I will continue to use tap score to test my well water every spring. Be sure to compare the results to both the Health Guidance Level (HGL) benchmarks created by TapScore and the MCL/MCLG regulatory requirements. I panicked when only looking at the HGL because it indicated I had big problems that weren't going to be easy to fix. My filtration system guy pointed out that those problematic results were only trace amounts that were still below regulatory levels. Striving to meet the HGL benchmarks and "perfect" water is a nice goal, but in reality I had to accept that meeting the MCL regulations and having good/acceptable water was my only feasible option.

I guess you just trust the numbers and what they tell you. I wish the kit included an after filtration installation test. The kit is expensive.

Easy testing, thorough offerings. I wish they offered suggestions or resolve is all. I knew that going in but really think they could offer that info.

Everything with this company was easy to use and hopefully helpful. Going to order a new kit soon as I installed a Kind hole house water system. We had issues THMS 11.11ppb Bromo 2.5 ppb Chloroform 5.96 ppb Dibrom 2.64 ppb and of course Lead .0036 ppb With my wife being sick for years and testing for heavy metals including lead I hope this works!!

Easy to test, fast and thorough answers. I was surprised that the bathroom showed lead in the water but not the kitchen, of my NYC apartment building - however, on the 2nd test of the kitchen and this time with the recommended carbon block filter, the kitchen also showed lead in the water. In an old Bronx building, it is well known to have the problem so the question is: why didn't the lead show up initially?
