So far I'm really liking the grind, been doing some serious training for a half marathon, I love the flavor, shark bite. I never did aminos, but with all my research thought it would be a good idea. I'm 55, and this would have been my first half marathon, unfortunately they just cancelled it, because of this Corona virus, but I'm still training.
