Hi Ashley - Sorry for the delay, we did mention on the website that our company and warehouse was moving that week, that's why you received the coupon code "MOVE" and we did state packages would start shipping out the next week. We haven't moved in about 6 years, but this was a big change and our shipping/customer service was down for about 5-6 days.
