Two months after ordering
Two months after ordering. I am receiving tons of junk mail...but they have not shipped any product. Where’s my stuff?

Maybe if after over a month of waiting
Maybe if after over a month of waiting, I actually receive the product I might change the rating. REALLY? NUMEROUS EMAILS TO RATE.....WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED THE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT THE WAY TO RUN A COMPANY.....

The current estimated shipment date for Tenuto is late August/early September, but as soon as we know the exact date we will be in touch with everyone who has ordered to let them know when to expect it. I haven't received my mysteryvibe. It's been over 2 months now and I still haven't received it yet!!! I hope you haven't SCAMMED ME!!

Too complicated to use. Hard to turn on & off.

Hi JD and Lisa, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you have had trouble using Crescendo. We are always trying to make Crescendo as easy to use as possible, so we will definitely take your feedback into account - we have recently added clearer buttons to the most recent batch, so that it is easier to turn on and off. No Customer Support
Product has absolutely no customer support, and the company launched features without any information about it, leading to the device getting locked on the strongest mode, with me unable to shut it off. After attempting to contact the company multiple times and being told that no one could help me, this product sat on my floor wrapped in a blanket vibrating at full power for nearly 45 minutes before I, frustrated to tears, determined the best solution was to put it in my car to literally run out of battery. When I was finally contacted by the company, the only solution they offered me was to send me a new device, as the original one would not work properly after spending the night in my below freezing car (ignoring all requests for a simple refund instead.) The new device took over a month to arrive, as the company mistook the country the device was to be mailed to, and sat in their outgoing mail for weeks before I had to inquire into the shipment status and correct their error. I would only recommend this company's products to people I dislike.
