Hi Joe, you ordered Tenuto which is currently still only available for pre-order. The current estimated dispatch date for Tenuto is early September, but as soon as we know the exact date we will be in touch with everyone who has ordered to let them know when to expect it. Thanks for your feedback Kate - we have heard that the vibrations weren't strong enough from a few people and have actually just increased the motor intensity on our latest batch. There is also a lock function that we have recently added as well, which prevents the vibes from switching whilst it's in use - you simply hold down the plus and minus buttons on the side for around 3 seconds until the light flashes.
