When my insurance company no longer covered my medication this company came to the rescue. The price was not to expensive i still had a doctor to talk to about my concerns and goals. My medication come on time. I am very pleased with the service so far. They call me or email to keep me informed.

I did a lot of research before choosing RNK to be my provider and I can confidently say I've made the right decision. Communication is excellent, any time I call I get a friendly and helpful rep. The follow ups I receive are comprehensive and I feel well informed. Pricing is excellent, since my insurance company is a joke this is a way more affordable option. I can't say enough about how glad I am that I found them.

The whole experience has been smooth. Medication arrives promptly. Everyone I have talked to have been professional and kind. Very pleased.

All the ads clearly show 2,400mg of this product being advertised, yet when it was shipped, it wasn’t clear how much I was getting. I called and called, but couldn’t get a straight answer. Then the amount actually shipped was only 1.000mg. I have called to sort this out, but their call center folks just are not informed. All I was asking about was why the ads do not match the product you receive. I’d like to do business with them because they use a good compounding pharmacy. But you cannot advertise 2,400 mg then ship less than half that for the price. That’s wrong. They need to fix it.

After signing up I immediately changed my mind. Even though I hadn't made the telehealth appointment yet or ordered any medication, they had already charged my credit card for both. It was also misleading when they imply once you fill out their online health questionnaire it's reviewed and if you are approved, the prescription is issued. What they don't tell you is you have to schedule a telehealth appointment one or two weeks down the road. Five minutes after I signed up I regretted it and just wanted to cancel my "subscription". I put a freeze on my credit card so they couldn't charge my card again. It took me three weeks to get an acknowledgement that my subscription was cancelled. I'm very wary of automatic subscription services anyways so this convinced me more not to do any again.

I wish I could leave a great review. And hope that I can come back and update this one. At first Noah, was in contact with me numerous times. He assured me that since I was going on 90 days of taking this supplement that I would be continuing at my current dose or having an increase. I made sure of this as I am on a fixed income. Now everyone is backpedaling and ignoring me. I just wanna get this fixed. EDIT: 8/23 yesterday I did receive the additional medication I was promised yesterday 8/22 from 8/8 review. I appreciate that they made the correction, as promised when I made my purchase but am unsure as to whether I will continue using this service. Thank you.

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I could say I have had a good experience with RNK, but unfortunately I can’t. After the supplement was finally shipped to me it shipped from NY to AL in nothing but a bubble envelope in 100 degree heat ( the supplement had nothing to keep it cool) when it arrived it was hot to the touch and unuseable. I’ve reached out to RNK several times to get this resolved. At first they were very responsive now I’m getting nothing. There are plenty of other groups out there selling this and I would use them.

had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. Despite multiple scheduled telehealth appointments, the assigned prescriber never showed up. When I reached out for support, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. After they failed to match me with a provider or deliver the product I paid for, they refused to issue a refund. I ultimately had to report the transaction as fraud to my bank. In my experience, this company does not deliver the services it advertises and engages in misleading and potentially deceptive practices.
