Do NOT do business with this company!! I have made multiple calls requesting to cancel my account and receive a refund. I have been waiting since October 31. I have received 2 confirmation emails saying my account is canceled and my refund has been escaped to a manager. I’m STILL waiting!!! 😡😡😡

For my part I didn’t think this out well before I ordered. I ordered their product, but decided immediately that I wasn’t comfortable with injecting it. So I called the company within minutes of placing my order. I told them I wanted to cancel. They told me it was cancelled, and I would see a refund on my card in 7 to 10 business days. Well I kept getting emails from them that my order was being filled. So I called back again. My order wasn’t cancelled the first time but was told it was cancelled this time, and I would see my refund. Then I got an email saying the prescription was filled and being sent out. Everyone on the phone is in India. This is a shady ripoff company. I was told my order and subscription was cancelled, but yet the order was filled and no refund. The first attempt to cancel was within minutes of making the order. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! If they are this crooked in their dealings, I would be very concerned about the safety of their products. I would caution anyone to not inject this product into your body.
