PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I purchased my zeptide October 25, 2025 I had a facetime visit with a so-called Doctor Gambil. She assured me that everything will be taken care of if and when I should need further assistance. Fast forward Now I have been calling several times a day for 5 days. They keep telling me that my order is being processed and now its the pharmacy that is the delay in compounding my rx. I have asked to speak with a supervisor for 24 hours no one has yet called me. Please do not order from these awful people. The only person that I have talked to Is MacKensie Shore and he is trying to help me now one month later. I hope that I can come back and write a great review. That will be determined when my prescription arrives at my front door if it ever does. Right now they have $600 dollars of my money no prescription

Working with Nikita has been a real pleasure. I had some issues with a delivery and I sent a note in and got a very quick response with a definite follow up process. She escalated my concern. And replied with a complete explanation and solved my issue in a timely fashion. I highly recommend RNK for NAD supplements. The most important thing is Customer Sevice and support. Many companies sell a product like this, but you only tell how good a company is when something doesn’t go right. RNK staff does a great job of taking care of any big or small issue to make sure that you are satisfied with the product and the service.

Easy to follow. Easy ordering. Convince do it yourself at home. Great packaging. Live support if needed. Easy to deal with.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund for a double charge for my medication and can't get a live person to get it resolved. Just ema that they are working on refund.

Run! I sent 4 emails requesting to cancel my subscription and all went unanswered. I saw zero improvement in my energy or health from the product. They have made attempts to change me again and again.

Customer service was horrible. I cancelled via telephone over a week ago and they are still trying to bill me. Never cancelled my account!!!

Super quick with shipping time; once onboarding took place, everything flowed very smoothly.
