Horrible customer service experience. Portal basically does nothing. I purchased a 3 month NAD+ subscription and there’s absolutely no way I would consider resubscribing. It has been a huge nightmare just to get medication that I paid for in advance. Please go elsewhere for your peptide needs.

I placed an order NAD+ folowing and add on Instagram. The add specifically compared others charging for smaller amounts of NAD showing 500 and 1000mg. The add clearly showed their amount to be 2,400mg for $169. When signing up they did note that their follow on price would increase to $269. I recieved the first order and only recieved 1000mg. The advetising is very deceptive. I have been buying NAD+ for years at an average cost of $85 for 1000mg. I keep getting emails and text saying that they are going to bill even though I canceled the subscription. I call them to make sure and got a guy in India that confirmed that I would not be billed. Will be keeping an eye on my credit card

I just attempted to order mine today but after i submitted my payment it didnt confirm.ot or anything. It told me to set up my portal and i did and it still shows no orders or anything. Bht i checked my bank statement and it definitely cane.out. how does this work??
