Complete scam. I paid $159 for NAD, and a week later I had to call them myself to check on the order. That’s when they told me they needed a copy of my driver’s license to complete it—something they never mentioned when I placed the order and never notified me about afterward. When I tried to cancel, they refused, saying the order had to move forward—even though it hadn’t even been completed yet because they were waiting on additional information from me. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Buyer beware.

Very disappointing experience with RNK. I chose this company based on its advertising, which I found misleading once I received the product and dealt with customer service. I was prepared to return the item, but they refused to accept it back and failed to resolve the issue fairly. This reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Now I have to dispute the charge. I will not order from RNK again and would not recommend them.
