Poor Communication
The communication on the process is very confusing. You are asked to complete forms in your portal that don’t exist and the platform is very outdated. Then you are not told when there are issues and when you try to get answers, people tell you different things depending the day. I’m questioning whether or not this company is even legit sometimes given the back and forth I’ve had with payment, process and communication.
