I had a very disappointing experience. I clearly canceled the third order before it was shipped and specifically said that I did not want it. I was told someone would call me to confirm before processing anything, but nobody ever called. Instead, the order was immediately charged to my card and shipped anyway. I was charged an additional $265 and only received a partial refund. On top of that, the product itself did not work for me at all, even after following the instructions carefully. I ended up going back to my doctor’s office because although it costs more, at least their treatment actually works. Very frustrating experience

Received NAD via 2nd day air delivery . The vial was hot to touch, the single ice pack was also hot to touch as was the styrofoam box they sent it in. I have received meds from other Pharmacies and they were much better , ie the box had multipole ice packs and better I insulation. Also , I live in Arizona and they uses a Pharmacy in Plano Tx, instead of a local one in the major metropolitan area of Phoenix. In addition , NO ONE answers the phone. Lesson learned; DO NOT DO business with companies that offer inferior products from inferior pharmacy's that offer inadequate packing and shipping. I started calling at 3:00 pm and could not get ANYONE to answer the phone. In response to RNKs total BS response : NAD when reconstituted in liquid form , as mine was , undergoes considerable degradation & loss of potency when in temperatures of 92 degrees for 2 days .

I highly recommend this site for its excellent service. The application questionnaire is very straightforward and user-friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they reviewed, approved, and shipped everything. It is a pleasure to find platforms that work with such efficiency and professionalism. Very satisfied with the experience!
