Keiron then passed me to customer services who then put the phone down on me 3.Alan answered the phone knew my name ?? passed me again to customer services still waiting as i write after paying £100 to get rid of the contract that was 3hours ago still waiting for a PAC CODE -do not use this company at any costs they are all in one office laughing with each other it is companies like this that ruin other TELEPHONE companies their reviews speak volumes - had no problems of them taking your money the minute you want to leave a waste of 2days sat on the phone nor does a decent manager want to help at any time. $. Absolutely STAY AWAY got a contract two weeks ago they seem to not have the correct details put done gave me wrong info about bill due date from one of there customer services that seem to know absolutely nothing to the point they now can not access my details as though my details don’t exist put they still asking for money but I can not talk to any one

Absolute scam company, they have kept getting my partner to sign contracts over the last 7 years, no new phones and he is paying £177 a month for basically 3GB of data, just don’t do it!!

My Plan has been an extremely disappointing provider and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to proceed with caution. When I joined, I was promised money to pay off my previous phone contract. However, it took over three months for the payment to be sent. During that time, My Plan failed to settle the balance directly with my previous provider as expected and instead eventually sent the money to me to pay myself. As a result, payments were missed on my old contract, which negatively impacted my credit score. The problems did not end there. Prices on the contract have increased repeatedly, the signal quality is poor, and the 5G service rarely works as advertised. Despite paying a premium price, the network performance has consistently fallen below expectations. Potential customers should also be aware that making changes or amendments to your contract can result in your 3-year term being restarted. This is something that should be clearly explained before any changes are agreed to. I am currently paying £57 per month for a SIM-only contract with 125GB of data, unlimited calls, and unlimited texts, which I believe represents very poor value given the issues I have experienced. Overall, my experience with My Plan has been frustrating, costly, and damaging to my credit history. I would strongly recommend researching alternatives before committing to a contract with this provider.

what a sham i was approached by my plan.com and told this provider was the best no mention of a contract term was given or tariff i have tried contacting them a number of times only to have ai drop calls on me tell me there transfering me to an agent then hanging up the agent i spoke to was of no help telling me he wants £800 plus to terminate my contract as he would not release me from the contract as i had read my e mail of terms and conditions dont be a victim like me they are very helpful when selling there contract but very rude practically calling me a liar please be wary and do not take a contract out with these people YOU WILL REGRET IT i have now got to wait for recordings of the original sale person who they say relayed the information correctly them telling me that i had already got another provider lined up which is not the case if you want a good service stay with your provider as this one is the worst i have had they are rude none caring and will hold you to your contract even though your not happy with them total sham

Avoid PLAN.com / The Plan Group This has been one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. It feels like there is always another charge or extra fee being added. Every time something comes up, there's another excuse for taking more money. It honestly feels like: "The wind is blowing today? That's another £7.99. The sun is shining? That's another £12.99. You didn't set up a direct debit? That's another £7.99." Obviously that's an exaggeration, but that's how dealing with this company feels. There always seems to be an additional cost or charge. Choosing PLAN.com was one of my biggest mistakes. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to read the terms carefully, check all charges, and consider alternative providers before signing up. Very disappointed with the service and overall experience.

Avoid ,terrible customer service, no help at all ,sold on lies ,different bills to what they promised

They overcharged me by nearly £400 and then completely lied to me about being able to refund it. After I made a formal complaint, they actually admitted that one of their staff members had lied to me and promised they would sort every issue out. I was told I would receive a new SIM card and a call back with an update. Guess what happened? Absolutely nothing. No SIM card ever arrived, nobody contacted me again, and I was left chasing them while still paying for a service that barely works. The signal is awful, I constantly lose connection, and I cannot even use internet data properly while on a phone call. For a phone provider in 2026, it’s beyond embarrassing. The customer service is full of empty promises. They tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you off the phone, then disappear and do nothing. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. If you read this review and still decide to use them, don’t say you weren’t warned — you will regret it.
