Like many others that have left a review.. just stay away from Plan.com I’ve paid literally thousands over the last few years on extra data & bolt ons that are a waste of time. The issues have been wrong bill, wrong details, no coverage, no data, sudden blocks on my account, can’t talk with anyone, can’t pass security, app doesn’t work, contract being extended, poor and unhelpful staff.. to the point that they must see my number now and just ignore it. I’ve been offered compensation maybe 3 times and I just want out because it’s damaging to my credit score and my business. Luckily I’ve only got 6 months left now but honestly they are a total disgrace.

Got a new phone,,, my plan, can not get any data,send texts ,,,,can’t even get anyone to help me,,just chat bot, Need a code can’t access my account,by the billing email, absolutely useless.

One star and this is being generous. They messed our data usage and when we ran out of data they said we needed to buy more until the end of the month...they didn't get our GB allocation right in the first place. No phone coverage on the first day. Constantly having to get in touch with people to sort our problems out. When they called, we were under the impression they were O2. We should have stayed with O2 direct. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED

SIgned up with plan last monday, went for 8 days without any telephone services at all, couldn't get it sorted, im in business and could have lost work. Not happy at all Highly unreccomended

I’ve been with them since july and I’ve regretted it ever since. First when was talking to someone about an issue they can’t find them particular recordings surprise. Then I asked for a particular payment date didn’t do it resulting in a missed payment. The automated service won’t put you through to a service agent till you pay the amount. An other issues so my totally honest advice is avoid avoid avoid like it’s the plague

Dreadful company. No way to contact. Online services to even simply change business address does not work. No contact numbers or email address to contact. Online chat useless. I was in an O2 contract quite happily for years and my contract was sold into being managed by these somehow with no explanation or control. AVAOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

if i could put a lower score i would, they wouldn't respond to any emails or calls about cancelling my contract, then filled my email with emails about updating or renewing. They do not offer the service they offered originally do not use them.

Absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was rung under the pretense that it was my current company offering to move me onto a business account, not realising that it was a completely different company. They promised to send a signal booster out with my contract, this never arrived. I've had to ring up every month to re-set up my direct debit as it's never been correct. The contracts are stupidly long, expensive for what you can get elsewhere and the phones are very low spec. It will cost me over £1000 to get out of this contract and they're trying to push a phone "upgrade" on me which will extend the contract even further. Avoid this company at all costs.
