Avoid this company
Avoid this company, every month they overcharge me. App doesn’t work. Agents mislead me, tying me into a sim only contract for 3 years. Absolutely fed up but can’t get out.

Months of chasing, serious billing errors and still no resolution
My experience with Plan.com has been absolutely appalling.
At the beginning of 2026 I was hit with hundreds of pounds of incorrect roaming charges while travelling in the Caribbean. I challenged the charges repeatedly and had to fight tooth and nail before Plan.com eventually accepted that a spending cap should have remained on my account and credited the incorrect charges. What should have been dealt with properly from the outset became a lengthy and extremely stressful process.
During that dispute, I submitted a full Subject Access Request in February 2026 because I wanted to understand exactly what had happened with my account, including the account notes, call recordings, contract information and records relating to my spending cap. I never received that SAR. Months later, I was effectively told it had simply been absorbed into the roaming complaint and considered resolved when the billing complaint was closed. I had never been told this, and I had never received the information I had actually requested.
I had to raise the SAR again in September, more than six months later, before I finally received the information.
At the same time, I discovered serious questions about the way my current contract had been sold to me. My understanding is that I still had around 12 months remaining on my previous agreement when I was moved onto a further 36-month contract. I was unclear at the time about what was happening to the remaining liability under the old agreement and how the new contract was being structured, so I raised a formal complaint about potential mis-selling on 7 September.
I raised this directly with online support agent Kaitlyn Boyde and explained the issue in detail. I was told that my renewal complaint had been submitted for review.
Nearly a month later, I had received no findings, no meaningful update and no resolution.
Today I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for a response from Kaitlyn on live chat while simultaneously spending more than 20 minutes on hold to Plan.com by telephone. When I eventually got through by phone, I was then told that Plan.com apparently does not deal with the contract-sale complaint and that it needs to be dealt with by Yourmobile/My Mobile, who originally arranged the contract.
Why was I not told this when I first raised the complaint on 7 September?
Instead, I have lost almost a month believing my complaint was being investigated by Plan.com.
The adviser I spoke to today has now raised a further complaint regarding the handling of this matter, under ticket 322799, and has told me that the company responsible for the original sale should contact me.
The whole experience has been exhausting. Between challenging the incorrect roaming charges, chasing a Subject Access Request for more than six months, trying to understand how my 36-month contract was sold, waiting endlessly for customer service, and now discovering that my complaint may have been sitting with the wrong people for almost a month, I have genuinely wasted hours and hours of my life dealing with this company.
The app is unreliable, response times are dreadful, different departments appear to give different information, and getting a straightforward answer to a straightforward question seems almost impossible.
The most frustrating part is that I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want Plan.com and the company that sold the contract to establish exactly what I was told when I renewed, what happened to the remaining liability on my previous agreement, and whether the new 36-month contract was sold correctly.
After everything that has happened, I have very little confidence in the way my account or complaints have been handled.
An absolute administrative nightmare from start to finish.

Like other customers on this page we…
Like other customers on this page we have been getting spotty coverage and regular dropped calls. We contacted them last week and were promised new sim cards by Friday. It is now Tuesday and still no sim cards. I have just spent 1 hour chatting with support and they can not even contact the correct department. Apparently there is no clause in their contract that says if they cannot provide a service they will allow us to break the contract.
