Absolutely awful awful company. I’ve had SO MANY PROBLEMS- and stuck in this awful contract. Biggest mistake ive ever made! Avoid avoid avoid!

Avoid now this company will clean your bank account any chance they get do not deal with them and you will thank me later just stick with the phone company you are with I never had dealings with a company like this before I think the last person I spoke to was a cleaner that lifted the phone on the way by as he didn't know anything about what he was talking about please don't join them and tell others

This was one of the worst decisions ive ever made in my life , they are con artists and the quicker i can get away from this company the better , do not sign up with this mob or listen to their lies

MyPlan.com Review MyPlan.com is the worst mobile service provider I’ve ever used. Once you sign up with them, you’re locked into a 36-month contract, and if you’re unhappy and want to leave, you have to buy your way out of it. I’ve been a customer for 4 years. I was promised a new phone but was told I’d only receive it after 24 months, and I’m still using my old phone. They’ve been charging me £42 + VAT just for using an O2 SIM card, which was never mentioned when I joined. If your monthly payment bounces for any reason, they’ll add an extra £20 fee for two months. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, they are misleading and untrustworthy.

TERRIBLE company. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Locked into a 3 year minimum term contract which I pay 28.80 per month. And would you believe that for all that money I spend I only get 50gb of data and unltd calls and texts. If I went with smarty I would be paying something like £8 per month. Absolute scammers at this company, terrible customer service that never gives correct information and account managers that hide behind them and won’t contact me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Totally theif and scam company, they keep charging me to rub me, while my phone is always on WiFi calling, when I asked for the pac code they are giving me, this is totally illegal and against if I’m rules. Please avoid this company because the fool you and scam you.

This is the worst rip off con merchant firm ever. I would give it minus stars if I could. Complete fraudsters.
