I bought this pillow for my daughter having seen your advert in the Daily Mail. She is so disappointed in it, she can not sleep on it because of the lumps! I have also tried sleeping on it, without success. This pillow fails, in my view, to meet any of your recommendations. Very disappointing!n

I'm not sure how to explain it but I really like this pillow. And I have tried them all. I love that you can wash and dry them easily. It does take some mashing around to get it right, but then....bliss. Not a whole lot of difference between the medium and the skinny, but both work for us. THANKS

they need to take the lumps out, bad pillow! I woke up in such pain with my neck every night I slept on it, my husband just got rid of his, just horrible!

I prefer a fine down pillow, but my husband had been wanting one of these so I bought it for him on sale. He is really picky about pillows and has gone through the sobacowa pillow, gel pillow and others. I bought him the medium pillow and he loves it. It's held up fine for over a year. I'm happy that he finally found a pillow he loves. I tried it, but I still prefer my high loft feather pillows, which are way more expensive. I guess a good pillow that will LAST is going to be expensive. P.S. I like that it doesn't weigh a ton like the gel and sobacowa pillows. Makes changing the pillowcase so much easier. Hoisting those others around was a pain in the back!

This company should be avoided at all cost. They are a rip off. Their customer service stinks and their upper management are a joke. They don't give a care to their customers feelings. Ordered 2 pillows to be delivered to the UK. No where on their website do they state that there will be import changes. £40.00 On top of an already high price. Thought these pillows would be good for my sleep. Oh boy was I wrong. They are lumpy and very uncomfortable. Followed the instructions on putting them in the dryer. Didn't make the slightest difference. Management have my money and couldn't care less. Would sent them back but that would cost me even more money. These pillows are the worst pillows in the world. Customer services answer to my problem was very short and sweet. "Oh sorry didn't know there was charges" Not very helpful. I really didn't want to give 1 star, that was too much. Rubbish product and a rubbish company Very angry customer. Be warned. Stay clear.

Not "my pillow"!!!!! Worse pillow I've ever slept on. They claim it keeps it's shape but it doesn't!!!! My mom and myself were given them as gifts. We put each one separately in the dryer as stated to do, but that was a waste of time!!!!!!! I suffer from thoracic outlet syndrome and they thought it might help me when it was given to me by the end of needless to say it didn't. My brother wanted a my pillow but I wasn't goning to waste my money on a no good lying advertising pillow. If anyone is looking for a great pillow, I strongly recommend you get a bamboo pillow!! They are great. My brother loves his bamboo pillow I bought him as much or more than I love mine!! Summing this up........... Don't waste your money on a "My Pillow" cause you will be wasting your hard earned money for garbage!!

My pillow is a great pillow that you can wash at any given time but, however, I had ordered a normal basic pillow along with a firmer one both are for king size beds. I did what I was supposed to do upon arrival but it did not hold up its own after drying them in the dryer before using them. The firmer one was for my husband because he's a snorer yes it kept him from snoring for about a week but after that his snoring started up again; I had asked him how he'd like the pillow his response was it's alright my pillow the standard one has been giving me crooks in my neck no matter how I shape it , punch it , and even fold it; as a matter of fact I am using another neck pillow on top of Mypillow just to get the support that I need. Sorry MyPillow

I really like the pillow! You can make it thick Or thin and it will stay that way all night. It takes a little mashing around, but it’s definitely versatile and comfortsble.
