I’ve been searching for good pillows for a while and after seeing so many commercials I decided to buy them . I followed the questionnaire and purchased what they recommended . They did not support like they claimed . I contacted them and they recommended we tried their “blue” because it has more stuffing . I agreed to give them a try ... well guess what they require you send them the pillows WITH ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP in order for them to send you the replacement. So not only I have to sleep without pillows until the replacements arrive , I have to make sure I have the original packing slip which I may have thrown away . So if I threw it away I’m SOL ! I will update my review if I ever get replacement and if they work out for us or not . In they mean time very unhappy.

For several months i have been having pains in my neck when trying to get to sleep despite trying lots of different pillows from well known brands to no avail I then saw a full page advert in the Daily Mail for a new pillow invented by an American which is now available in the U.K testimonials from satisfied customers particularly mentioned they also Had neck pains which had been resolved by this pillow So I telephoned the free phone number quoting the D. M Dicount code which reduced the cost to £41.97 from £59.99 it arrived in two days My sleep has been improved 100% No more neck pains now getting to sleep much quicker it is a truly amazing product! And I would recommend it to anyone in the same situation.

I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam. Over priced Standard pillows sold with a fancy promise. Soon they will claim the pillows contain OxyClean. The trick to sleeping better on any pillow is strength training. You have to have muscle to protect your weak parts.

The worst Customer Service I have ever seen. My order via a trusted credit card did not go through. This happened twice. I then called and was on hold for half an hour with no one taking my call. They finally responded via email telling me the card would not go through. I asked why and she said I do not know. The card has worked on hundreds of purchases everywhere else. They did not even attempt to find out why. Both times I called and no answer. I just gave up on trying to order their pillows. If they don't care than why should I. The funny thing is during the 3o minute hold listening to their awful music the founder comes on with a recording telling you are about to deal with the best customer service that exists.

These pillows provided no more comfort than any others. The filling makes resting my head uncomfortable and I can hear the pieces moving while I'm trying to sleep. I regret the purchase of 2 king size.

Where do I begin? I purchased 2 pillows from them 2 years ago, but only received 1. Then when I called customer service they refused to send 2nd pillow. Then shortly after washing the pillow it changed color and fell apart in the washing machine. When I called to get a replacement on their warranty, they couldn't find me in the system. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Thin and mealy. Like sleeping on a bag, half full of odd socks.

I recieved this pillow as a Christmas gift and I was really hoping this pillow would be the answer to my neck and back pain. To put it simply, it is not. In fact, I woke up with more neck pain then a had! I really wanted to like this pillow but I can't. It feels so cheap, not good quality at all! The pillow was rolled in a bag and after I put it in the dryer as per the instructions, it quickly went flat after one night of use!! I will never buy anything from this company and will not recommend it to anyone!
