My wife and I both got my pillow. They are uncomfortable and caused both of us to have neck pain. We have tried to use them for over three weeks but they are going in the trash

Love my pillow. I've had surgery on my cervical spine and have had a horrible time finding a pillow that is comfortable and supportive. This pillow is it!! I replaced every pillow on my bed (8 of them). This will be the only pillow I buy from now on.

Don't bother. And don't believe the ads - but that's what advertising is right? Ordered two pillows - one medium fill, one most fill - they arrived both being medium fill. Went to their website to ask how to go about changing - no reply. Stuffing is not comfortable, it smells weird, and they do sink and don't stay fluffed-up all night. Don't know if the 10 year warranty works, don't know if the 60 day guarantee works. But my guess is that they won't - given the no response from my first enquiry.

I am really pleased with MyPillow. It has been worth every penny! In the past I tried various orthopedic and some other expensive pillows but I could never get my neck comfortable. I did first try the medium fill but this wasn’t quite right so I got lesser fill MyPillow and this is just right for me. Thankfully the medium fill suits my wife perfectly. Great that they are made in UK too. Thanks so much MyPillow!

I ordered these pillows from ideal world. Finally arrived, what a scam. I paid £59.94 for two rubbish pillows filled with foam. During these awful times we really shouldn’t be ripped off like this?!

DO NOT BUY THESE PILLOWS!! Horrible product and even worse Customer Service! Ordered 2 pillows with STANDARD shipping—was charged $20 for Expedited instead. Called CS and they assured me I would get refunded - since it was their error. After receiving pillows ( 2+ weeks later—despite the “Expedited shipping”) and realizing how horrendous and uncomfortable and lumpy they were (even after drying for the 15 minutes)—returned them for an additional fee of $10. It took CS over a week to respond to my request to return them and many emails before I even got the return label—CS assured me YET AGAIN that I would receive a FULL refund for both pillows AND the original $20 they charged my card (unauthorized) for expedited shipping. After about 10 emails and another 3 weeks I finally got a refund—but never got the $20 back for expedited shipping I never ordered or authorized—and had to pay $10 for RETURN shipping. So now I’m out $30 and have ZERO to show for it. Customer Service was nasty and condescending throughout entire process—when they finally responded (took weeks). Cannot say enough about how awful the pillows AND CS service is—and shady!! One of worst buying experiences ever—Hours of my life I will never get back wasted. DO NOT order anything from MyPillow! Total scam and you will end up like me—out $30..

Filling is cheap foam bits, could buy at the market for a fiver😩 don’t waste your money there a rip off
