I got these pillows and they are the worst If I read reviews about them I would have not wasted my money on them. I would wake with terrible neck pain and headaches. Now I can not get a refund at all since it is over the 60 days since I actually got them for both my husband and myself for presents for Christmas. I am not impressed

These are the best pillows I have ever used. Have bought several over the last few years - have eight of them now. They maintain their shape and feel for an extended time- and are very price competitive.

I found the pillow lumpy and hot. I woke up with a stiff neck and a headache. There is no way of knowing whether to choose firm, medium or soft so I asked. They said “side-sleepers’ usually like firm so that’s what I ordered. I am also very tall so not as if I’m a petite little thing! I also found the foam very lumpy and hot/sticky. I emailed to ask how to return as there was no paperwork in the box. They did not reply. Then I phoned and a perfectly nice chap told me how to return but I had to pay which I was NOT impressed about. Surely if they are so confident of their product, they should pay if we need to return it - fairly standard practice nowadays.

Poor customer service. We needed to change delivery address and after calling two days in a row and being on hold for almost an hour each time I gave up.. I wrote a email explaining the problem and included the new shipping address but got only a standard form reply about "Orders being behind but would be shipped as soon as possible " So obviously no one even read my email... Very dissatisfied...

Worst piece of cotton ever and here's why. Bought 2 mypillow pillows off TV late night shopping channel and paid £65 Inc delivery. They arrived and you have to heat them up and leave them a day before using them, did exactly as stated on info leaflet that come, (basically put them in dryer for a while). While using them I had a feel of them and material feels like ripped foam sofa cushion pieces, that's all it is and put my head on it and when you try and get comfy all the pieces go to either side of your head so your head is basically resting on the cotton outer case. Absolute pure and utter rubbish, doesn't support your head and worst night sleep ever. How are they allowed to charge so much for cotton pillow case. Returned for a refund!

These pillows do not provide any support at all. They are extremely uncomfortable and not as described on the website. I returned these pillows after a telephone conversation with the company expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality and did receive a refund for the cost of the pillows, but no refund for postage both for delivery and return. I am now in a dispute with this company over their advertising of the product and their refund policy, I should not be out of pocket for a product that is not as described on their website
