If you are lucky enough to read this BEFORE you purchase - STOP. Get some rocks from your garden - put them in a hessian sack and sleep on that instead. If it makes you feel any better you can throw £69.99 in the bin. Just don't give these crooks your money. If you got conned the same as everyone else here then this is how it will go: Once you realise just how awful these pillows are - even with the drier expansion method - the 72 hours waiting to expand and every other delaying tactic. And - yes -you WILL realise they are just awful pillows that you can get for a tenth the price elsewhere. No problem - you contact them to return (You have to - the return address is not publicised on their site). 1. The initial contact will sound positive and responsive - they will say how disappointed they are and offer you another level of fill - DO NOT ACCEPT. I chose the highest level of Fill and yet they somehow offered me a "Exceptional request higher Fill". This is a delaying tactic - it does not reset the 60 day guarantee - they will also take quite some time to send this second fill. If you accept the 2nd fill you have just thrown your money away. They Win. 2. You will have to pay for the return but make VERY sure you photograph the pillow - wrap each one in clingfilm with the return label - then another return label in the box. Finally mark the box on each side / corner with a distinctive mark (E.g. a Star / Smiley face) and take pictures. They will say that some boxes arrive damaged and therefore we cannot process the return / refund. Hermes take a geo located pic of deliveries and since there will be SEVERAL boxes - yours will stand out if you mark it. Finally if that does not work I hope you paid by credit card - I ended up doing a chargeback - and once I threatened that I again got a reply saying they would resolve - this is yet another delay tactic - You have 120 days to process a chargeback - don't let it go over this time - better 90 days. Good luck! There is a special place in hell for these rip off merchants - and it involves them trying to sleep on their own God forsaken pillows for eternity.

I wanted to give the MyPillow team a shot…in view of recent condemnation of Mike & MyPillow by certain elements. Given my recent experience with MySlippers I won’t ever make that mistake again. Aside from MySlippers not being true to size, their version of “Customer Service”, complete with 2+ hour waits while being subjected to “Amazing Grace” (ad nauseum)…and then there’s the ~$10 charge for the return… just isn’t worth it. BTW: You’ve ruined Amazing Grace for me & anyone else forced to endure your version of “Customer Service”. Merry Christmas Bob G Durham, CT

Pillows and robe. I got free pillows when I bought two toppers. The toppers are OK, I have noticed it keeps me cool. I did not like the pillows so I gave them to my grandson, he is 8 and he likes them. I also purchased the body pillow and returned it for a better fill, I did not see a difference, and now I just use it for back support while sitting in my living room chair. Its ok. I have to keep fluffing it. I also bought sheets from Mike, are they the best? They are average, the sheets accommodate the topper and that is what I needed. I have a complaint on the robe I purchased. I am extremely disappointed with the workmanship. I have worn it for about one month and what a disappointment. Its heavy for sure, and that is all I can say good about it, but the thread is pulling apart, there are a lot of "snags" and makes this expensive robe look cheap. Each time I wear it, more snags appear. AND the worse is the tie is short. It does not keep the robe wrapped. I have to keep adjusting the tie, it is not long enough. I have called, and called and the hold time is believe me awful. AND that music is awful, I don't mind a few rounds, but the same one every NEVER reached a person. Today I am on the phone holding for 1 hour and thirty two minutes. NO ONE HAS picked up. I will hang up after I write this review. BUT I have see MIke on the TV at least 3 times while writing this review. I have also left a TEXT, emailed too. And now I tried to get into my account, the password did not work, I tried to reset it, it says that I tried too many times to try "again later". NO ONE has replied. I guess later is tomorrow. I I have 60 days to return. I am at a lost. I just want to return and get my money back. I can't send the robe because I need a slip to from them to ship. If I have to keep the robe, send me a longer tie. I am afraid to wash the robe, it will fall apart. I want my money back. I will never, never buy anything from this place again. HE NEEDS TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO ANSWER PHONES. Customers are important too, not just making money and all that advertisement is ridiculous, he is not true to his words. and that music makes him like a God fearing person, but actually, my opinion he is not, it likes all fake. and MIKE my time is valuable like YOURS and your employees. I admire Dinesh who raves about this company and their products. I just Googled and the BBB, Better Business Bureau revoked their accreditation! My pillow had very little fill in it. After 24 hours post shipping, I still couldn't sleep on it..way too lumpy and flat, so I thought running it through the AIR ONLY cycle of my dryer would help. Not at all. Red Rover Red Rover send My Pillow back over! Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Shame on them. False advertising!

Very disappointed. Pillow did not seem to be filled enough. Instructions were to put it into dryer for 15 minutes. I hoped this would plump it out. But no. Just feels like an old used pillow. Had high hopes but dashed. Way too expensive for what it is.

It is almost impossible to get through to customer service at My Pillow. The wait times on hold are outrageous, the shortest time I heard while I was trying for 5 days to get through was 1 hour 45 minutes. I stayed on hold for over 1 hour and 45 minutes on several occasions. When I finally got through, I was on hold for 2 hours and 19 minutes. If you push "3" to make an order you get through right away. But these customer service representatives can't or won't help you with a return or refund. All they do is put you back on hold for another customer service representative. It is a racket; they are hoping you will stop trying and give up. I finally got through and they got the return but now I am still trying to get through again because I did not get the refund that I should have.

I have been trying for a week to get the RMA number you need to return my matress topper spent hours on hold can't get the number via email very unhappy looks like im out a few hundred bucks and countless hours of my time.

Their towels are pathetic and thin. Costco towels are way better at a much lower price. It is all but impossible to return something, you cannot do it online and the phone wait is 2 hours. The wait time is not due to "unexpected volume", it is due to not hiring enough people and intentionally making it very hard to return. Never buy anything here.
