I purchased a my pillow July 2021 and used their scale to choose the correct pillow for me. After just a week of sleeping on it, I found it to be no better than that $14.99 pillow at Walmart. The fill does not stay in place as advertised. Last week I washed the pillow using the guidelines printed on the tag. The material tore during the rinse cycle and stopped up the washer drain and ultimately flooded my laundry room. I attempted to call my pillow, but had "unusually long" wait times. I tried to use their online chat, but your chatting with a robot who needs "exact" questions. For me, I wasted $41.23!

I bought these and they were very comfortable, but the sole split. Sent them back and never heard from company again. Got screwed. Had purchased many products from them but no more

Long and short of it is, a supposedly Christian man wrapped in "Old Glory" is selling inferior low/no quality slippers for women at an inflated price and a "God bless"! Truly unbelievable how fast the soles (no pun intended) come apart with very little use. Be smarter than I was and stay away from Mr. Swindel's money grab.

My wife and I have purchased several items from My Pillow. We would rate the topper as average. Not the kind of comfort we expected. We also purchased slippers. They seem to run a couple of sizes smaller. Could be the construction of the slippers. Since I ordered a size 13, which is the largest size they carry, I was out of luck. Especially since the customer service representative wasn’t empathetic at all. She told me there wasn’t anything the company could do about it. So we decided that that would definitely be our last purchase. Wish the company the best, but it will have to be without our help.

I bought a set of Mypillows from Amazon. Queen size and firm filled. When I received them, they were rolled up and bagged. I opened one and was not impressed. Gave it a few minutes to "inflate," put it on my bed and laid down. For being "firm filled," it seriously felt like I was laying on bubble wrap. Needless to say....I sent them back!!!! I can get better pillows for a cheaper price at Walmart!!!!!

Purchased mypillow.com towels through Amazon for $50. they were low quality so I sent them back for a refund. they refunded me $26. when I called they said balance was for shipping, so they were only refunding 50% of my purchase price, they basically said thats the way it is and hung up. I then called Amazon and explained the situation, and luckily for me they made good on this return. stay away and steer clear of Mypillow.com. They are a fraud.

These pillows are the worst. They always go flat when sleeping. I have put them in the dryer but they still go flat. Ever since getting these my sleep is worse now than before.
