The my pillow is overpriced and uncomfortable the man is a liar and he uses God and he makes me sick. I wish he would just get off the television commercials I don’t even want to see his face he’s a jerk

So I get an email saying FedEx delivered to my front door. They DID NOT deliver anything. I have security cameras on all 4 sides of my home. No package was delivered. I called MP and reached "Nicole" right off the bat she was combative, condescending and down right hateful. I requested she let me speak to her supervisor and she refused. I will NEVER ORDER MY PILLOW AGAIN. NOW I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN UNTIL I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Bought a pair of slippers and was told on there site to buy one size larger, when they came they were way to big in length and in width. I sent them back, of course, and the charged me 24.91 to try on a pair of slippers that there suggestions were incorrect. They will not return there mailing to them and charge a restock fee.

I bought this pillow to see what the hype was all about and was completely disappointed. First off, it smelled funky and then it was lumpy. The owner claims it's made in Minnesota, yet it's made in China. I tried calling customer service and waited over 90 minutes. I finally gave up and emailed them. Zero response. I tried called yet again and another 45 minutes wasted. I sent another email that I'd be throwing their product in the trash and their customer service is even worse. Either 3 or 4 days later, they sent me an email back stating they would look into why I had no response. I told them don't bother and don't email me again as I threw the pillow in the trash. If you don't value your customers, don't sell a product that sucks. This pillow is nothing but a scam. You're better off buying a $10 pillow from anywhere else or using no pillow. No wonder why there customer service center never answers their phone as everyone is calling to complain. They don't recognize the BBB and their rating is an F.

I bought the moccasin slippers. The sole split in less that 3 months and the layers oozed out the side. I would not recommend the slippers at all. I feel the quality is bad and the advertisements are completely misleading! I would NEVER have bought them for the exorbitant price if I had known they were made in Cambodia. I thought Mike was all about American made! Now I feel he’s a bit dishonest to say the least.

Not the cheapest fill but nothing special. Was given for a gift, sits in closet for company.

I bought a set of split king giza dream sheets from My Pillow. Unfortunately, My Pillow includes a California King flat sheet with a split set which did not fit my king bed well. I did call customer service with no solution. There is no other way to buy a split set and they do not sell the flat sheet alone. The California flat sheet is far too long and not wide enough! Very frustrating!

I like Mike, I think he's a decent guy, but I'm not happy at all with the MySlippers. They're definitely the most UNCOMFORTABLE slippers I've ever owned. They run small and one is slightly smaller than the other, are NOT made in the USA (Cambodia) and within a month the gel pad or whatever they use inside the slipper bunched up and now it feels like I'm walking on a ball. Plus, if you want to return them you have to pay for the return shipping. My $14 Walmart slippers that I have on now and owned for over a year are much more comfortable than these. I never purchased anything from Mike until now and I highly doubt I will buy anything again based on this experience. Very disappointed!
