Product Review I ordered a personalized pillow with our picture for our wedding anniversary, and it turned out really nice! The quality is excellent, and the design is so cute. I do wish I had ordered a slightly bigger size, but overall, I’m very happy with the result. The picture we chose turned out great, even the colors look good. One small issue was that after placing the order, I couldn’t preview how the final pillow would look, so I was a bit nervous. Thankfully, it turned out just as I hoped! The delivery was fast, and the customer service was very responsive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

Absolute rip off. Actual image on puzzle is the size of an iPhone with all white border - can’t even read what it says. Paid $45 USD for express shipping that claimed 2-4 business days. It took over TWO WEEKS. Terrible quality. No response when I requested a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, it’s a scam.

1. Price was very reasonable. 2. Item arrived four days earlier. 3. Customer service was prompt, helpful and reassuring. 4. Items came and worked beautifully. Thank you for making this Christmas so memorable for me and my partner.

My initial order had the customizable name missing so I had to open a support ticket. The support was very friendly and they offered to send me a new plushy for free (just had to pay delivery again) The new plushy arrived without any issues and I was also allowed to keep the first plushy too. So they took full accountability for their mistake. I didnt have any of their vip services, so its not a must have in order to get good customer support. Quality of the plushy is also good, so I can recommend it as a funny gift.

Excellent!!!! Great quality

I an happy with the prompt customer service, thanks Sara for you help

I got these for my 2 sons. They had so many options to create their avatar that it looked exactly like each of them. They are Christmas present so they can’t use them yet but they are going to love them.

Coolest little pillow I’ve ever seen. They absolutely thought it was hilarious when they received it.
