I ordered the view master photo reel. Not only did the reel not work in the viewmaster but the quality of the photos were utterly horrible. Would highly NOT recommend.

Worst experience ever. Product was shipped to the wrong address and then when it finally arrives a month later it was the worst quality. I sent digital photos that were clear and high resolution… what they sent was super blurry… not even close to good quality. Must have reached out 10 times before product arrived. Don’t do it…

Some of my photos were upside down!! It came in a destroyed box. I ordered one of the custom viewers and it was just loose in the box. It also took over a month after the postal strike ended and I don’t think it was sent until I inquired.

Their 3D Viewfinder and personalized reel is a complete piece of junk. It's nothing like the original Viewfinder reels, the quality of the printed photos is so bad you can barely tell what you're looking at, it's like looking at an old newspaper with a magnifier. After my initial complaint and very difficult communication with their support, they finally sent a new copy but when it arrived it was just as bad as the first. Both versions of the item went straight to the trash, I contacted support again and they offered to refund 30% of the order, so I still lost 70% of what I paid.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did I spend over $100, but I ordered a month before Christmas. We are now in January and I still haven't received my products. What was supposed to be a gift is now no longer an option. After a series of complaints, their best response is shipping takes time around the holidays and says it should take 7-12 days. Well it's been 33 days and nothing. Then they think that a $10 refund will make me happy when I spent over $100. DO NOT under any circumstances order from this company.

Not sure what's going on but ordered a pillow at the beginning of December, kept checking the tracking....on its way...said it would be here on December 26, 2024. Still have not received and when I try to check the tracking, it goes to a....404 ERROR THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DOES NOT EXIST.... WTF!!!! Should have read the review. Don't trust this company. Save your money.

Company is a scam. Ordered a custom pillow from a drawing and they sent the drawing on a plushy looking rock. It's not a cut out. When I requested a refund, they sent me an email saying my order was on the way. I hate that I didn't read the reviews. They have not reached out to me regarding my issue.
