My musical magnet arrived perfectly and in good time. There was initially an issue with my address and I got an email from an actual person from the company to correct the problem. This made a perfect and unique gift for my husband! He absolutely loves it ♥️

After tax, shipping and converting from American to Canadian currency, it ended up being rather pricey. But this is such a cute product. Overall I'm satisfied.

Recieved my order promptly. The quality was great. The scanned pic I sent for the product was crisp and clear. Product came vacuum packed and without damage. The communication I had with the company was always helpful and quick. I give the product and service 5 stars

Total scam. Photobags is a known money paywall fraud. Ordered a custom plush, never got it. They showed me that it did arrive but a month later still not here and untraceable. I provided the order number to customer support, yet they need my address to confirm? So it’s not on file? I don’t expect my money back. Keep away
