Clearly a drop shipper. Quality of the "blankets" is very poor. They are small also. It took almost 3 months to get my order. The website says the company is based in the USA but the package received was covered with Chinese labelling etc. Had i wanted a Chinese product, i would have went to Temu or Aliexpress which is where i think these came from.

Update on 1st review. Again ordered on july13. Found how to find my order, first said should be delivered on the 26th of july. Been checking everyday now on the 25th it says should be delivered the 4th of August. So much for 2-3 days of order & shipment that they advertise on their site.

The products I ordered never arrived. The shipment insurance and priority shipping are both scams

If I could do anything for anyone wondering if they should buy this then I urge you do AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t give them 0. You can’t upload reviews on their website, they always have 25, 5-star fake reviews because that’s the kind of company they are. It’s sad that you have to come to TrustPilot to leave an honest review of this excuse of a company. I ordered one of their magazines last year in December for Valentine’s Day this year. THREE months in advance, I paid for priority shipping and production. You think this would be AMPLE time to arrive right? Wrong! Not only was the product delayed but I had initiate the email process questioning where my item was. You would think as a company you would inform your customers that the product has sold out and is going to be delayed. How can you sell out on a product that is custom made is beyond me. Just more excuses from this joke of a company. Anyways I explained in the email that I was wondering if I could get an update as to where my order was and if it would arrive before Valentines Day. They said they cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, which is fine I just felt cheated out of my money as I paid for the priority shipping and production. They told me that they were a little overwhelmed with orders, and told me that this is the process “1. Production Phase: 5-8 business days 2. Shipping Phase: 7-12 business days”. So you would think that this is plenty of time for an order to arrive, again, with a THREE month timeline. I then emailed asking for a refund as I stated, I felt as though there was no point in paying extra for the priority shipping and production if it couldn’t even arrive in time. After literally 20 emails back and forth I received a $13.89 refund after they offered me $6 on a $70 order??? They also cancelled my whole order after I asked for a refund, which I can see the miscommunication there, but at no point did I state that I didn’t want the order. Eventually I caved and accepted the $13.89 refund, at least it covered the cost of the priority shipping and production I paid for which was useless in the end. Fast forward to the day of delivery (which didn’t arrive before I needed it in the end), when the product arrive DAMAGED and BENT. After seeing this, I was in absolute disbelief. Not only did I i have to practically beg through emails for some sort of reasonable compensation, speaking to multiple people but then the item I have been waiting on arrives damaged. So I jump back on the emails and send them yet another email explaining how I accepted that the situation was resolved after our previous emails regarding the delays but then your item arrives like this?? No way. Cue another email chain of 13 emails back and forth with undeniable proof and evidence of the damage to the product and the box as well, they still weren’t convinced “it was one of their products” until I had to dig through the trash to get the shipping information. Finally they accepted that it was in fact their product and I HATE sounding like I’m owed compensation but after all the headaches that came from this company, I felt as though I was entitled to a full refund. $70 for the order to be DELAYED, DAMAGED and dealing with LESS than mediocre customer service?? Absolutely ridiculous. They offered me $13.50 as and I quote, “a way to make things right”. So offering a customer $13 every time something goes wrong is a way to make things right? Nah, just another excuse. I had to put weights on the magazine to attempt to make it somewhat presentable as a gift. They claimed on their emails that they were willing to offer me a replacement as compensation but on their previous emails they claimed that due to production costs and manpower they couldn’t offer a refund, but they could do a full replacement?? Make it make sense. The reason I didn’t accept a replacement is because the actually magazine itself was a mixed up and jumbled. There is a section where you list places you went on dates and upload pictures of that date. So I open the magazine and on the page that has placed of dates are random photos that were NOT the matching photo for said place. I explained in the email that I will not be accepting anymore products from them as I do not want to go through the email chain and headaches all over again. In the end I was offered a final total of $22.50, for a $70 order I received $36.39 back, a damaged product, an email chain of around 32 emails total and months of headaches and back and forth bickering from a less than acceptable customer service team. I was hand-balled to about 4 different staff members in the emails, probably hoping I would get sick of it and leave it alone. If you read all this then I thank you and I hope this helps you avoid all the ridiculousness I went through.

They have asked me to make revisions to the mock draft they created. I provided them three different ways because they kept asking for them in a different format. Then they placed the pages I made the revisions on in the actual magazine and with my edits. They don’t even have a designer, it is all AI generated with “bot communication.” I feel like I have not talk to an actual person in dealing with this for 4 MONTHS!! This is ridiculous!
