I ordered a "Day You Were Born" puzzle for January 5, 1934 and received one for January 5, 1938. Customer service insisted I had ordered incorrectly and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked merely for an exchange. They refused to give one to me. So now I have a very expensive puzzle with the wrong date. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered voice recorder. When i got this , there is no recorder inside. I sent the E-mail. But they sent the recoder instruction only many times...

Worst product EVER. Spent way too much money for something that is lower quality than dog feces. I am so furious! Absolute garbage! This company should be fined for false advertising. Their photo sequined pillow is NOT what they actually send. I am so disgusted! Worst company.

Should of read the reviews first, poor quality, cheap terrible more like a cheaply stuff animal than a pillow, what a waste of money

Buyer beware! Received mine today. Absolute rubbish. Photo crooked, quality poor, is tiny. Cannot gift this. Has been ‘filed’ in the bin.

i made an order, is not even same as the picture, low quality, not even the same shape.. and i paid for a 15 second voice recorded that i dont know what to do with it since you cant put it inside the pillow because its completely sealed..

scam! trying to swindle you out of as much money as possible. They ask you 10 times if you want this one then this one then this one is great but only if you take the bigger version (2x more expensive by the way) Finally you click that you do NOT want VIP service, but when you pay, there is VIP service in the cart for at least 4 euros.

Fun to set up and simple. I received it quickly, the only downside is that I haven't received any e-mail from them accepting payment and sending the package.
