Got my order very quickly and they kept me up to date on the manufacturing process of the product. When I got it, I opened it to see it before I give it to my wife for Christmas. I was very pleased with it. It was not perfect, as my pup had one eye that was two colors, but small detail. Overall, it looks good. Can't wait to give it to my wife.

I'd give a zero if I could. As others have said stay far, far away from this company. They falsely advertise their product, and use open ended phrases and terms. If you return the product to them they benefit again, by making it a charitable donation elsewhere. I spent $550 (money I didn't have but borrowed) to order this plushie. Only to have it arrive and not look anything like my cat. When I spoke with the customer service head she had all the lines in the book to cover the company. The plushies are "artistic interpretation", the fact that the plushie has a coat pattern that your cat doesn't have is just "artistic differences" and therefore not covered under warranty. If you do have the money to spend I highly recommend going to cuddleclones and purchasing from them. Years ago I bought a plushie from them for my mother and it's spot on (I must say it's aging really well). They also offer free touch ups and stand behind their product with a 100% money back money guarantee. We have no agreement as you withheld vital decision making information from me. Then pressuring me to take an offer that I have already turned down... It doesn't strike me as very amicable, it's also very unbecoming of a company that says it cares so much about it's customers satisfaction.

Hello Marshall, We are very sorry and surprised to see this review. Our team has already had a lengthy conversation with you and offered you two options outside of our policy to come to an amicable resolution. You had previously agreed to these two options, so we are not sure where this review is coming from. Our last email to you was sent a few days ago and we haven't heard back. Please message us back so that we can move forward with the agreed resolution. Thank you very much, The Petsies Team

Please stay away. Total waste of money. My plush looks absolutley nothing like my dog after spending 471.00. I am not posting my email address for the world to see. The order is 300100889. Its in transit. I am going by the pictures sent to me of the finished item. I didn't reply because I was on a business trip and by the time I came home it had shipped. The body is good, but the face looks nothing like our pet. For 479.00 for a stuffed animal we would expect it to be perfect or at least close to it.

Hello JC, We are so very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with us. We have requested more information about your order and your email address as we are unable to locate you in our system right now. Please provide us this information so that we can assist you moving forward. Thank you, The Petsies Team UPDATED REPLY: Hello Jonthan, Thank you for providing the order number. We are incredibly sorry and surprised to hear you say this as you did have a Sneak Peek upgrade with your order. You had already provided our team with edit requests and mentioned that the body was perfect, so we are unsure where this unhappiness is coming from. :( I do see that you missed the 4 day window our team gave you to give feedback when we sent the updated images. We do send reminders to make sure that this doesn't happen with our customers and we are very sorry you were unable to provide feedback within that timeframe. If you can please reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected] with the areas of unhappiness you have with your plush at this time, we would be happy to advise if our Alteration Specialist would be able to better meet your expectations. We look forward to hearing from you soon! The Petsies Team SECOND UPDATED REPLY: We are sorry you were on a business trip. You did not inform our team of this prior to leaving. If you had our team would have been happy to hold the plush until you returned. Once again, please reach out to our customer service team so that we can better assist you.

I ordered several products from Petsies as gifts and one for myself - they are amazing! The products are so well designed and they are so vivid in capturing not only the images of the beloved pets, but also somehow their personalities. These will be well loved gifts! The Petsies products actually exceeded my expectations and I look forward to getting more products from them in the future.

I received my petsie today and I have to say it doesn't look like the photos I sent in even the one that was packed with the petsy shipment I'm pretty disappointed. It does not resemble a Chihuahua. it looks more like a husky puppy. The description I gave was that Mickey was a small breed Chihuahua and he only weighed 4 lbs. The thickeness of this plush does not match either. And on top of that it has a tag on the bottom like any other high quantity low quality produced item that shows the material used and also says made in China last I checked items that were handmade with any concern of quality and care weren't subbed out to China. Well I replied to petsie email this was yesterday 12/04/23 have yet to hear anything back. I'll definitely look to other options going forward when it comes to purchasing a meaningful gift for someone.

Hello Nick, We are so very sorry that you are unhappy with your Petsie of Mickey. Our team did their best to create the plush at the 16 inch size that you requested. Typically, our smaller breeds, like chihuahua's are chosen at the 10 inch size. We would be more than happy to remake the plush of Mickey at this size for a reduced cost. As you have already contacted our team, we will be in touch with more information regarding this. We just would like to note that our team does not hide that our plush creation takes place overseas. It is incorrect to assume that our products are inferior (or our workmanship is inferior) due to the fact that our production takes place overseas. Our designers and seamstresses are extremely talented, skilled, and highly paid. Additionally the tags you are referring to is a legal requirement for all plush toys. We look forward to coming to an amicable resolution. Thank you very much, The Petsies Team Edit: Our team has responded to the customer with the offer and has responded to his response within the last 24 hours. We urge the customer to please understand that we are only able to answer questions in the order that they are received in our queue. We do inform our customers to allow 2 to 3 Business Days for a response. We look forward to coming to an amicable solution with a remake of the plush at a smaller size to better meet this customer's expectations.

I ordered large ones from CuddleClones many years ago and they look great. They do not offer small ones and since our dog just died and the kids are missing him I decided to use Petsies since they offer smaller versions (for nearly the same cost as a full size CuddleClone version at that). Sent them at least a half dozen or more images and then waited. Received them and boy what a let down. A boxer is what it should be but the face is more like a pug, the coloring is so light compared to the photos it is crazy. Putting it next to the CuddleClone and it is even more obvious how far apart these are. For sure a regret on using Petsies instead of CuddleClones for this one but hopefully the kids wont mind to much. Will not purchase anything else or recommend, that is for sure unfortunately.

Hello Austin, We are incredibly sorry and surprised to see this review. We have not received any kind of correspondence from you that you were unhappy with the plushies created for you in anyway! We of course never want our customers to walk away from an experience like this. If you can please contact our support team at [email protected] we will be happy to work with you to come to a potential resolution. Thank you very much, The Petsies Team

Couldn’t be more disappointed. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what our dog Gizmo looked like. This was to be my husbands Christmas present and there is NO WAY I can give him this. It would break his heart all Over again. The color is wrong, hair length wrong, face wrong…. My daughter cried when it arrived and we unboxed it. I’ve shown it to a few family members and they all were surprised at how bad it looked. I then contacted them asking to send it back. They said I could send it to them and they could “work on it” for ANOTHER $75. This company is a joke. The customer service is a joke and I’m going to make sure every to review them everywhere I can.

We are so very sorry you feel this way Jessica. :( We always strive to do our best to create the best representations of our customers pets as possible given the sentimentality of these gifts! Our team absolutely did their best to use the information and pictures you provided to create your Petsie. We understand it was not what you were expecting to see, but our customer service team did confirm that all of the options you chose on our website were fulfilled by our team. They offered two separate paths to help better meet your expectations: The first was an extremely discounted remake of the entire plush for you, and the other was to allow our Alteration Specialist to make adjustments to the current plush, 100% free of charge. If you still would not like to move forward with either of these options, we would be happy to extend to you a free pillow of your pet instead. These do not require the artistic liberties that our team has to make when creating our plushies. It would be the best image of Gizmo you have screen-printed directly onto the surface of a pillow. We look forward to hopefully giving you the product that you deserve. Please reach out to us and let us know how you would like to proceed and we will be happy to help you! Thank you! The Petsies Team

Recently I had to say goodbye to my gorgeous George and as I’m sure many others will have experienced, I wanted to have him forever. After finding Petsies through social media, I am able to have George home in plushie form as a way to treasure his memory. The likeness of George’s plushie is outstanding and has blown me and those that knew George away. I cried when I first saw it and this is such a special way to feel connected to him again. The care and quality that has gone into George is outstanding. Petsies plushies are such a fantastic idea and a way to help with the grief of losing our family members. The whole process of ordering George and corresponding with the team has been faultless. I will say to anyone that may have reservations about ordering, I personally paid a little more to have the “sneak peak” feature. Although I did not need to make any changes to his design upon being sent the photos of him, I did feel better knowing I could be certain he was right before coming home! 🐶🌈🐾 100% recommend!
