Unboxing my petsie was a beautiful experience for me seeing her again and getting to hold her was just the greatest experience ever, from what I've just experienced all I can say is that this company is doing an amazing job they have really brought joy to my heart they have captured all my babies features and I'm ever so grateful. ♥️

Since I lost my heart dog Lilly I have been searching for anything that makes me feel better. They did such a fantastic job of recreating her. The details are honestly spot on. I cannot believe how good it is. Even though it won't replace her it gives me so muc. Comfort in my time of sadness. Best purchase I have made

My petsie arrived today and I am over the moon. The likeness is uncanny and my whole family cried when we unboxed our little replica fur baby. Petsies was very professional and informative throughout the process and kept me well informed throughout it's journey. Honestly we are overjoyed by our purchase.

I was under the impression that this was made in the United States, it was actually made in China. It was a waste of money. I would not recommend. This was purchased by my son Christopher for my Christmas present. I was disappointed in the construction and outcome of the product. Not worth 300.00

I’m REALLY disappointed in my petsie order… I spent almost $400 on a plush of my sweet kitty that passed, he was my best friend and the first pet loss I’ve ever suffered. The plush I received has very accurate colors and is an okay twin (which is why I give it 2 stars) but it’s stiffer than taxidermy, the eyes are put in like uneven (the actual eyeball) with the crusty stitches or glue or something adhering it to the pet, the fluff level of his fur is not accurate except on the tail, and the fur has been falling out since I took it out of the box. It’s had a few hugs from me but other than that it sits on a shelf so there’s no reason for the fur to be clumping out.

I had a custom order made of my sisters dog and the face looks nothing like her, the body is adequate but the head is totally wrong. My sister still loved it, even my other dogs sort of recognize it but the face is definitely not the same.

Ordered Dec 7th no notice its Jan 2 nothing. Literally no status nothing. Too many other sites can put your pets face on stuff - do not recommend

My baby boy has finally come home. I have not long just lost my baby boy akira and having already knew about petsies it was a nobrainer I had to order one. The process was actually easy and quite quick they emailed me throughout the entire process and even asked for more photos for more detailing and before that I had already sent loads, so that was a good sign for me that they were trying to be as accurate as possible. I did not pay for a sneak peak and the main points I gave them were he had bright blue eyes and a pink marking on his nose and they got these features spot on. The making process was quick and the delivery to the UK was alot faster then I expected especially with it being around the Christmas time just over a week. I honestly love my plush, and while expensive to me it was worth it and I would buy again. Thank you to the petsie team that made him as he is perfect.
