Very thorough and quick service. Really easy to use and information provided was really helpful, already eliminating foods from our dogs diet and have noticed a change very quickly in her ear health caused by sensitivity to certain foods, despite feeding raw. Happy with results

One part of the results said to stay away from caffeine and alcohol, which makes no sense for a dog. Im not so sure i trust the results due to this.

Some pet owners do occasionally give their dogs items that contain caffeine or alcohol (even though it’s definitely not recommended), so we include this information in the results to cover all bases. Easy to send in the hair samples. Their link kept me updated when they received the sample and when the results came in, plus I received an email from them. They got my dogs hair sample on Wednesday or Thursday and I had the results on Friday afternoon. I was shocked by the results and food I was keeping away from my dog he was not sensitive to according to the test and things he was sensitive to I was still feeding him. Now I feel like I have a better place to start with eliminating foods. Thank you so much

I think better direction on process is needed. I tried to call nearly everyday for a month for direction, I never got an operator. Left my number multiple times and never got a call back. Emails went to junk folders w/out my knowledge. Once I sent in our sample the response and process was quick and detailed. I Learned All I needed to know about my dogs allergies.

While the test is quick and easy to use, the information provided is relatively useless. It wasn’t until AFTER the investment was it explained that these tests CANNOT tell what the dogs are actually allergic to. So I am STILL experimenting/testing with what makes my pups crap all over the house and what doesn’t; what makes my female itch and scratch ALL DAY AND NIGHT and what doesn’t.

You are correct — our tests do not detect allergies, and we do not claim that they do. However, they can identify sensitivities, which may highlight potential triggers contributing to your pets’ uncomfortable symptoms. Itching is a very common symptom associated with sensitivities. We would recommend completing an elimination diet to help pinpoint which foods may be causing issues. We’ll be in touch shortly to guide you further and support you through this process.

Every health test includes 1 month of free access to our 24/7 Vetline subscription. After the first month, it continues with a monthly charge unless cancelled. This is outlined during the purchase process, and the subscription can either be removed at checkout or cancelled at any time. You should have also received a welcome email with your username and password to help you get started.
