Easy to understand information that has already helped
We chose to purchase the sensitivity test for our Bull Terrier. The breed is notorious for allergies and skin conditions. Our current dog is a very nervy boy and to avoid stressing him out, plucking a few hairs was much easier than trying to get him into the vets for a blood draw. We had our suspicions about some sensitivities, but the information presented in the document was really helpful with additional sensitivities identified which we hadn't considered. We're now a week into our elimination diet, and we have a much more settled and happier boy with much less bloating, red skin and sore tail/bum. He's really enjoying trying different foods and reducing his exposure to things that irritate his system allows him to settle into his lovely little personality. I wish we had found this service for our previous dogs and the many fosters we've had over the years, I think it would have made their lives much easier. I will definitely be using it again for our future dogs before going down the route of allergy testing. The information is easy to understand, with tips to implement changes for people new to diet management. It takes a lot of trial and error out of the process, which can cause more problems if you're fumbling in the dark. It is successfully helping my four legged family member. Also, from purchase until results was less than 3 days - great service. I have already recommended this in our community and I will be a return customer in the future.
