Our sensitivity test is specifically designed to identify sensitivities to various foods and non food items. However, it does not detect IgG intolerances, IgE allergies, or medical conditions. When our report indicates that you do not have a sensitivity to a particular item, this solely reflects your sensitivity status. We aim to provide the best experience for our customers and we apologise that this was not your experience on this occasion.
