Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and a link to a form that needs completing using this code. Following the completion of the online form, you will receive another confirmation email with instructions and the address details for sending your pets sample. The results we got helped us narrow down what was causing our dogs itching. The results they provided was pretty detailed. We eliminated the most prevalent from her diet based on those results. Our dog no longer is constantly scratching. And the cost is so much less than actual allergy testing.

Pretty straightforward process for sending in hair sample. Selected the basic test. Contained a lot of useful information ! My dog has been itchy her whole life- I am hopeful that some diet switches, we can cut back on her apoquel. Wish I had ungraded to the advanced.

It was a very easy process I mailed it and got a message about 2 weeks later saying they received it and was heading to the lab for testing. About 2 days later I hot an email that my results were in. Everything on the test was very easy to read and the info was explained perfectly. I now know how to proceed with my cat

The website says get your results in 3-5 business days once at the lab. After a couple weeks of nothing, I requested a refund. Then was told the samples go to a sorting facility for quality control prior to the lab. Which can take 2-3 weeks they said. So in reality the 3-5 days is a month. So yes it is 3-5 days from getting to the lab. But still not accurate on time frame it takes. I would rather have paid my local veterinarian more and had a better experience.

Kris, We do apologise for any confusion caused in relation to the lead time, all results are sent within 3-5 days once the sample has been received at our lab. This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control.
