Hi, Thanks for sharing your review, I can see we received your sample on the 12th of February, the results we're then issued to you on the 13th of February. Please note the shipping time is beyond our control. But rest assured the results are issued within 3-5 days once received at our lab. Kind Regards, Customer Support Team
