The lab results were very helpful. We thought our dog was sensitive to the chicken in his kibble. But it was actually several other things that we hadn’t considered. I appreciated the communication we received when our hair sample arrived. The USPS tracking messed up and I thought it was lost. I was going to try again when I got the email from My Pet Sensitivities that it had arrived.. and soon after that I had my dog’s results! I took off one star because some of the items listed in the sensitivity list were obscure and I had to do some research to understand what it different items were & how to avoid them.
