My bernadoodle was having a terrible time with diarrhea constantly. Found out she was highly sensitive to corn which is in so much! Also sensitive to the something found in most wet food. Since making food changes all her digestive issues have gone away!

Total, total, COMPLETE waste of money! YOU PAY FOR THIS SENSITIVITY TEST THEN THEY SUGGEST FOR YOU TO TO GET PRIORITY TRACKING WHICH IN MY CASE WAS AN ADDITIONAL $10 THE TRACKING SHOWED THAT THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED ON A PARTICULAR DAY. I HAD BEEN EMAILING LEAVING MESSAGES FOR THIS COMPANY NO ONE RETURNED A CALL OR RESPONDED TO AN EMAIL I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEBODY BY PHONE BUT THEY WERE IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COUNTRY THEY DON'T LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SAMPLE IS BEING REDIRECTED FROM HOUSTON TEXAS TO I GUESS THEY'RE IN ENGLAND. In order for you to get a refund you have to go through all of this nonsense that in most cases doesn't even make sense to go through. So these people just definitely got me out of $45 And I totally wasted additional $10 on priority tracking. All of the stuff that they listed my pet is sensitive to she doesn't even consume, nor is she even around that type of environment 🤬😡

Getting the hair sample to mail in and receiving the results couldn't have been easier. We have 2 dogs that had been constantly scratching, licking paws and one had raised bumps on his back and pustules on his belly. He was miserable! After receiving the test results we immediately stopped using foods/treats with ingredients that were listed as sensitivities on the tests. It has been 6 weeks and it is amazing how they have almost completely stopped scratching and licking. We do have a weed in the yard that is still a problem, but it is causing minimal irritation. The dog with the pustules has completely cleared up and has normal pigmented skin on his belly. This test has been a true Godsend in getting relief for both dogs, (who have different allergies).

I took a veeeery long time after I receive the Canada Post confirmation of delivery from when I got the email the sample had arrived. The results were good, but maybe I had a little more expectation. I would use it again to test a little more. But if you want an expert approach, check with your local vet.

I recently got a 7 yr old rescue Boston terrier. He came to us very itchy and was constantly licking his front legs and scratching. He also had some GI issues. I did the food intolerance test on him and found out he was intolerant to chicken liver and his food had chicken in it. The test was super helpful. Now we have him on the right food and he's a super happy itch free dog

Took a little longer than expected for the lab to receive my sample, ended up having to go to the vet by the time the lab got it. After they received my sample they were extremely fast with getting the results for me!
