Very happy with the comprehensive report that I received, and this was emailed through within the 3-5 days from receiving the sample as stated. So generally very happy! It is worth noting though that there is no actual testing kit to wait for. This is what I’d initially expected and hadn’t realised until reading the order acknowledgment email a second time, that I simply needed to put the hair into a clean sealable bag and post myself. (Little disappointed that postage wasn’t prepaid- but sent 1st class and it was fine - I am based in the UK however). Am now currently checking all of my dog’s foodstuffs now for potential hidden allergy activators against the list.

Very pleased with the results it’ll help me to decide dog food going forward have had issues with sensitive stomach now that I have an idea what could be causing it I can correct it I got the bigger test to check outside factors definitely recommend going with more expensive test it’s worth it and remember this is sensitivity test not allergies test

Knowing how to help my pet without spending a fortune

Sent in a sample by express. It took about two weeks from there to process it. But it was three afterwards when I received the results. The results were interesting and I thought my cat had allergies to chicken. I had already switched him and the test confirmed it. I would use this system again for sure. Worth the wait and money.

It was easy simple and the results were detailed.

The instructions on how to get a hair sample was very helpful and complete. The 32 page report of the results were thorough.

I will review again if they end up surprising me, but my dog’s hair sample arrived on Tuesday. I did not hear anything via e-mail or text like they said. I checked in via e-mail and was told it only arrived at the “fulfillment center,” not the lab. Once it made it to the lab, I would receive confirmation at that point. Oh silly me thinking arrival didn’t really mean arrival! It is now Friday and I can only presume this is either a scam or they have a very inefficient fulfillment center as the lab STILL hasn’t received it. It’s a Zip-loc bag of dog hair packaged and labeled as instructed. Why does it not go to the lab directly? Why has it been sitting at the fulfillment center for 4 days? Nobody can seem to explain. It seems bragging about a 3-5 day turn around time is false advertisement if the 3-5 days doesn’t start until several days after the sample is received. At this point, I would not recommend this company.

Reposting my post from last month and reporting this company to the better business bureau. It has been over two months since I ordered these tests and have not seen any communication or way to fulfill this order. Do not purchase from this merchant Do not purchase from this merchant. It is a scam. I completed a purchase on 5/15 and kept waiting for the order upon contacting them two weeks later they told me I don’t receive anything in the mail but receive an email once the transaction is completed which it already was and still had not received, it now June 28 and after emailing back-and-forth, they refuse to refund my money and still have not sent me any way to complete the actual purchase I made. I have reported fraud to Apple Card on this merchant. I don’t even want to complete the purchase with them anymore as I don’t trust this merchant and will try to write as many negative reviews about them everywhere I can as I don’t want other people to get scammed the way I have been.
