Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! When the test was purchased, it included a complimentary 30-day trial to our 247Vetline service. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically continues on a monthly basis unless cancelled. This information is provided during the checkout process, where the option to remove the trial is available, and is also included within the order confirmation email. Can you please respond to our Trust Pilot request so we can investigate this for you?
