Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! When the test was purchased, it included a complimentary 30-day trial to our 247Vetline service. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically continues on a monthly basis unless cancelled. This information is provided during the checkout process, where the option to remove the trial is available, and is also included within the order confirmation email.
