I tested 3 separate dogs, got individual results for each of them. Results are quick and come via email which is nice. Sample is easy to collect and easy to send.

Such a scam. Why would they tell you to cut your pets hair when you can just brush their hair/fur and send those as samples

The report recieved within 3 hours of the facility receiving the envelope was incredibly vague. The website said it could take 3-5 days to process our dog’s hair, and this generically written report looks like something they send to everyone as a generic report. I expected more detail than this report had for the extra money we paid. I dont plan to recommend this service to anyone else.

The procedure was fast and simple; results came within the week, as stated. I had my suspicions about beef being an issue for my dog so that helped confirm it. But I was amazed to see "goose feathers" on the list - I put her on a goose-down filled bedwarmer I didn't want any more and that, I now know, caused her itching to get worse! I removed it instantly and within two days her itching has lessened! Worth the cost just for those two things! Thanks so much.
