Fast and accurate results. Excellent service. So appreciated this service. I kind of had an idea what my pup was allergic to, but had no idea that his biggest problem was environmental! This was a game changer!!

The way the results are given could have been a little bit nicer looking if that makes sense. Also if you could have done a breakdown of the things that aren't food so we know what those things are present in. I had to look up the environmental and the metals and everything else myself so I'd know what those things were in so I would know what to avoid. These reasons are why I gave it 3 stars.

Amazing and efficient service - results were back within days. Easy and quick process throughout the whole thing. This has now given us an insight into our dogs sensitivity’s that we didn’t realise, now we can avoid these he’s doing so much better!

The process was quick but I noticed that they did not do a test for meat. I believe that my dog is allergic to Chicken and Pork but all I could find was that she is allergic to chicken egg yolks. I will continue to stop my husband from feeding her Chicken as she gets a rash. Thank you for all the other information. Thank you, Rose L.

The ad for this product is misleading. They show a picture of a kit so I was expecting an actual item to come in the mail. No such thing. Everything is online only. Then I had problems entering the necessary information. Now I have to dig up a computer to read the results because I can't read it on my phone. I would not have ordered this "product" if I had known.
