myotcstore.comReviews of myotcstore.com

I have been ordering from myotcstore for several years now (they are close to my house) and never had any issues. They sell this shampoo I use that I can never find in stores that I love. This shampoo always comes quickly and in good shape

Thanks for helping me find Geritol! I have been looking for this everywhere and found it at the best price on your website. I am confused why others did not have as pleasant of an experience as I did ~S

They are for sure scam , they don’t want to refund my money and charged for shipping after submitting the order 12$ for shipping supposed to be free shipping, still disputing, not recommending 0 star

They are scammers!! Ordered products that were never sent to me. Sent an email to them and they basically said they were on the way but I cannot find them with tracking. I wish I would've read reviews before my purchase. Luckily PayPal has buyer protection so I received a refund from Paypal not OTC store. Do not shop!! They lie and never send products!!!

I ordered product nov/22 and they never shipped now won't refund and trying to use my debit card

Scam.Never received my pay order or refunded. Its been Two weeks . No answer thru email. Call C service ..or twice some dude answer dind’nt know english language ( India) .. DONT BUY .. LOST my MONEY…

Scam. Sent half my order, never told me before or after, and still charged me full amount. Customer service can't understand American English, yet it acts like its based in the U.S.. Its customer service sounds like its yet another one based in India with EST hours 1100-1700. They prefer email, but they must use a translator, I guess. My American accent is quite plain and I don't use slang. My sentences are more abbreviated here for the sake of space. Issues yet to be resolved.

This is a fraud company, we purchased some product from them, but they did not give us our goods and did not refund the payment.
