I'm taking off 1 star because idk why but somehow the facial scrubs i bought didn't have seal on the tube. They should have been sealed for safety and hygeine purposes.

It did not take too long to get to me this time. But my only complaint is, that the side of the Box my items came in was had a Big Tear on the outside of it. It was kind of open that you could see inside of it. Which more than likely, was damaged by the delivery company.

The only reason I took a STAR ⭐️ away is due to your exorbitant delivery fees. While I understand that shipping items isn’t free, I thought that $14+ for the shipment of 6, 13 ounce bottles of hair care products, which was shipped in ONE small box that weighed (approx) 2 lbs was excessive. Yes, I also understand that free shipping is offered, but only if you spend more than the price of shipping! In my humble opinion, $7 would have been a fair and reasonable fee. Everything else was fabulous. From the item availability to the price to the quick delivery, which was only 2-3 days. I shall return (G-d willing). THANK YOU, Sharon

Some items said they shipped but I didn't receive. You did issue a prompt credit. It was disappointing that I didn't receive items that showed available and shipped.

Ordering was easy and great price. Fulfillment time was reasonable. 2 of 4 were open and leaking.

Good selection, good prices and the items were well packaged/fast shipping. However, my order was more than $199 and I didn’t qualify for free shipping. I emailed trying to find out why but was just referred back to their policy so I was still confused.

So far I have been able to find what I'm looking for. Delivery has been timely and all products were good. The only thing I would suggest is lowering or eliminating the shipping charge. It makes a difference in the pricing per item when added in.

Perhaps a bit later than I expected but hardly much. Everything else was fine.
