I called them once about a question I had and they hung up after 10 seconds calling. I called a second time and a guy picked up. He didn't seem to care about my issue. Very rude and unprofessional attitude from him. He hung up again without fully giving the customer service i deserve. I was so excited and pumped to buy a product that I was interested in. I was ready to spend 7k with them and they decided they didn't want me business or phone calls. Too bad for them. If anyone is looking for a professional supplier. this is not the place to come.

I really liked shopping on this website. Very easy to use and the products come quickly. I have used this website 4/5 times and would keep using it because the prices are very good.

Ordered from them a few times. First time there were no issues. Second time, I only received 1/2 my order. Tried reaching the company and was ignored. Opened a chargeback with my credit card company. If they don’t have the product in stock they still let you order and keep your money. If you see it available on their website, doesn’t mean it’s available especially for hard to find products.

Don’t believe pictures, received different item than pictured!

Ordered 11 days ago but no show with delivery. Sent to me via DHL and they have no updates beyond the 11 days.

The sales associate was so nice and let me come into the warehouse and see all of their stock. We purchased so many products and would buy again

This is my first time shopping on myotcstore and i really liked my experience. The website is really easy to use and I found all of the products i buy at CVS for a lot cheaper. I will certainly be using this again. I received my package yesterday in great shape.
