They’re horrible! They run a sale, I place a $76 order for things I need soon and then, after 2 weeks, they suddenly send a refund!!! Beware-they’re scammers! Hopefully I’ll see the refund come through, since I don’t trust them AT ALL now!!!

I did not get my purchase because my address was incorrect. When I contacted the customer service by email with the correction, there was no response. I cannot get this product in Canada and even when my order was down the street at the post office, I had no way of getting it and it was sent back. I will call and email again to try and get it sent again.

STAY AWAY from this company!!! I placed an order on Mar 25th. After 2 weeks, it still had not shipped. I contacted them. They said, they are still processing it. On April 21th, almost a MONTH later and the order still has not been processed! i sent another inquiry to the seller and have not received any response. I have to presume they stole my money and have no intention of shipping my products.

I ordered Tanac on 2/10/2026. I have been searching for this product for the last few years with all results showing it not available. But I tried here because this product is the best for stopping fever blisters in their tracks. On 2/11/2026 I received an email saying, "The status of your order #---906 has changed to "Refunded". On 3/2/2026 I sent an email asking when I should expect the refund - no response as of 3/13/2026. Update: My bad concerning MyOTCStore . They finally responded to my messages. I mistakenly thought the charge had been made to my card and then not credited back. On closer examination I had entered the transaction in my Quicken but it never cleared so not charged to my account.
