Every several days the app glitches and gets stuck in the loading screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and then it works. The last time I had to do it, it erased all of my progress and streaks and wanted me to start 5 days back and repeat all the workouts. Super discouraging and when I messaged customer care, it said I should hear back within a few hours, and I haven't heard back yet after two days.

I do not like that they are explaining the move while I am supposed to be doing the move. I would the directions for the moves to be complete while they are showing the position. Also they do not tell you all the things you will need for the routine, like, it says the only equipment needed is mat, but half way through the routine, all of the sudden you need a block and something under your back to stretch out your chest.
Response from Organic Apps IncAug 6, 2024
Hello, Cheryl! Thank you for your detailed feedback. We understand how these issues can be frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will work on adjusting the timing of the instructions so that they are fully explained before you begin each move. This way, you can focus on performing the exercise correctly without interruptions. We apologize for the oversight regarding equipment needs. We will ensure that all necessary equipment is listed at the beginning of each routine, so you can be fully prepared before starting your workout. Your input is invaluable as we continue to improve the app. If you have any more suggestions or need further assistance, please let us know. Best regards, Your OrganicApps Team
