Enjoying the exercises, but sometimes hard to figure out the next pose before it starts. I suppose that will get easier with familiarity. Also, you have to pause to repeat the opposite side, which is mildly annoying and also adds to the time. Fine as long as you are expecting it :)

I like the exercises, they are very enjoyable! I don't understand though, why do we do an exercise on one side and we don't repeat it on the other side. I wasn't doing it in the last two weeks while on holidays, so i didn't expect any change by now. But it's hard to believe i will lose any weight by doing 9 minutes Very light movement for a couple of weeks. I still hope magic will happen, but if anything changed i put on a bit of extra bellyfat.

The app kept crashing so I had to keep uninstalling it, which would then lose a whole weeks worth of progress so I'd have to re-do a weeks workouts and could never track my actual progress and streaks properly
